Jeff Gorum Sr.
Jeff started SWHI in Silver City, NM and has quickly expanded the business to the largest coverage area of any inspection company in NM. He is currently serving solely as the company owner but is also the chapter President of the local InterNACHI Chapter.
Andrew Legatzke
Andrew is our Las Cruces based inspector. He has been with the company for over 5 years and inspected upwards of 5,000+ homes. He is a Certified Master Inspector.
Jeff Gorum Jr.
Jeff Jr. started the Northern NM expansion in the summer of 2015. He is very active with the local Realtor's Association and was awarded the GAAR Affiliate of the Year for 2020.
Matthew Legatzke
Matthew is based out of Silver City and covers the majority of our Southern NM service areas. He currently holds the most InterNACHI qualifications of anyone in the company and is a Certified Master Inspector. He has been with us for over 3 years.
All of our inspectors have met and exceeded the qualifications to become Certified Master Inspectors (CMI), approved by the Master Inspector Certification board. The listings as well as the criteria for such can be found at www.certifiedmasterinspector.org
